RECREATION
by sea
Beaches
You can truly relax here on our beaches. The warm sand and soft, gentle breezes are calling. The lapping surf and an occasional seagull are the only sounds you’ll hear. The nearby historic Bloody Point Beach is home to many natural sea creatures as well. You might just locate a protected Loggerhead sea turtle nest, starfish or sand dollar. Haig Point also has beach access adjacent to Calibogue Club and Beach Club. Take a walk with a friend, search for shark’s teeth or simply enjoy the summer sun in a beach chair or hammock.
